Incident Command System (ICS) forms

DeKalb ARES uses the standard ICS forms adopted by FEMA and most served agencies — the same paperwork used by fire, EMA, and public health during an incident. Common forms include ICS-201 (Incident Briefing), ICS-205 (Radio Communications Plan), and ICS-214 (Activity Log).

DeKalb ARES registration

Used to formally register with DeKalb ARES. Fill on screen, save, and return to the Emergency Coordinator.
